Sound issues

Here are some steps to troubleshoot audio issues:

  • Right-click on the browser tab with the Aristeem website and check if the sound is enabled for Aristeem.

  • Try using Incognito Mode in Google Chrome (press CTRL + Shift + N).

  • Check if your browser is updated to the latest version (e.g., you can do this by opening chrome://settings/help in Google Chrome).

  • Restart your device.
