1. Check Server Availability
Please verify if our servers are available in your country.
You can find the list of supported regions here:Where is the service available? Also, make sure to test your internet connection with our servers using the Speedtest icon in the top-right corner of the website.
2. Software Licenses
We do not provide free access to paid software.
You can only launch licensed (paid) software if you have already purchased it through the official distributor (for example, Adobe, Autodesk, etc.).
Our platform allows you to run these applications in the cloud, but the license itself must be your own.
3. Check the Available Software List
Before purchasing a subscription, make sure the software you need is available on our platform.
You will not be able to install unsupported third-party apps.

4. Subscription and Billing
Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel it in advance.
Refunds are not available once your subscription has been activated and used.
