Important to know about Aristeem


Before you start using our service, here are a few key things to keep in mind:

1. Check Server Availability

  • Please verify if our servers are available in your country.

  • Also, make sure to test your internet connection with our servers using the Speedtest icon in the top-right corner of the website.

2. Software Licenses

  • We do not provide free access to paid software.

  • You can only launch licensed (paid) software if you have already purchased it through the official distributor (for example, Adobe, Autodesk, etc.).

  • Our platform allows you to run these applications in the cloud, but the license itself must be your own.

3. Check the Available Software List

  • Before purchasing a subscription, make sure the software you need is available on our platform.

  • You will not be able to install unsupported third-party apps.

  • Please review the available options in our Library section.

4. Subscription and Billing

  • Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel it in advance.

  • Refunds are not available once your subscription has been activated and used.
