To ensure stable performance and high-quality remote sessions when using professional software through Aristeem, please review the following system and network requirements.
Operating System Requirements
Windows:
Minimum supported version: Windows 7
Recommended for optimal performance: Windows 10 or 11
Note: 32-bit versions of Windows are not supported.
macOS:
Minimum supported version: macOS 10.10 (Yosemite) or newer
Browser Compatibility
Use the latest versions of Google Chrome or Opera for the best experience.
We do not recommend using Opera GX or Safari, as they are not fully optimized for our streaming technology and may cause performance issues.
Tip: Running Aristeem in an Incognito/Private browsing window can improve performance by disabling extensions such as ad blockers or popup blockers that may interfere with the streaming session.
Minimum Hardware Requirements
Processor: Minimum 2.5 GHz
Graphics Card: Must support hardware decoding of DirectX 9.0c and H.264
If your system does not support hardware decoding of H.264, the stream may rely heavily on your CPU, leading to performance drops and reduced visual quality.
RAM: Minimum 4 GB
Drivers: Ensure all video drivers are updated to the latest version
For optimal performance, avoid running multiple applications or opening extra browser tabs during your Aristeem session.
If using a laptop, do not connect external displays (via HDMI, USB, or otherwise) during your session, as it may negatively impact performance.
Input Device Recommendations
Use a wired USB keyboard and mouse for best input response.
Wireless input devices may introduce latency or inconsistent behavior, especially during demanding software use such as 3D modeling, video editing, or CAD.
Internet Connection Requirements
Minimum recommended speeds:
10 Mbps for basic usage
15 Mbps for HD-quality sessions
25 Mbps or higher for consistent, professional-grade performance
Preferred connection type:
Wired Ethernet connection is highly recommended
If using Wi-Fi, connect to a 5 GHz router
Avoid 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi or mobile network connections (3G/4G/LTE) as they can cause instability.
We recommend setting your stream bitrate to approximately 30% below your actual connection speed to our servers.
Stream Quality | Minimum Bandwidth | Recommended Bandwidth |
---|---|---|
4К | 64 Mbps | 93 Mbps |
2К | 44 Mbps | 64 Mbps |
1080p | 24 Mbps | 35 Mbps |
720p | 14 Mbps | 20 Mbps |
MTU Values:
1470 for browser-based sessions
The optimal MTU for stable streaming is 1500
You can check your MTU value using standard online tools.
Ping/Latency:
Your ping to Aristeem servers should ideally be under 20 ms. Higher latency may lead to delayed input response or degraded stream quality.
Network Protocol:
We recommend using IPv4 instead of IPv6, as IPv6 may cause connectivity issues with some ISPs or network configurations.
Codec Support
Aristeem supports H.264 and H.265 video codecs.
