Queue system

As soon as you start a session, the system will begin searching for an available virtual machine in your region. If no suitable machine is found, you will be placed in a queue.

If you decide to leave the queue, your current position will be lost, and if you start another session, you will be placed at the end of the queue. Repeatedly clicking the "Start Session" button will not help you gain access faster — it will only increase your waiting time.

If the connection to the client (e.g., browser tab or app) is temporarily lost (e.g., the tab is minimized or closed), you will have 10 minutes to restore the connection by reopening any of our clients. Otherwise, your place in the queue will be lost.

Once a suitable virtual machine becomes available, the session will start automatically. If the main client (e.g., browser) from which the session was initiated is closed, a notification will appear in any other active client (e.g., mobile app). To retain the ability to connect, you need to click the "Start" button. If you fail to do so before the timer expires, you will leave the queue.

P.S.: If the main client is closed and no other clients are open, the notification will not appear, and you will automatically exit the queue.

Known Issues

Google Chrome
In this browser, the "Memory Saver" feature is enabled by default. If you switch to other tabs while waiting, the browser may automatically mark the tab as inactive. When you reopen the tab, the page will reload, and you will lose your position.

To avoid this issue, follow these steps:

  1. Open the browser settings and go to the "Performance" section (or type chrome://settings/performance in the address bar)

  2. Add the Aristeem site to the exceptions:

    • Click the "Add" button in the "Always keep these sites active" section.

    • Select the site from the available options or manually add it (e.g., aristeem.com, if the site is not currently open).

    • Click the "Add" button.

  3. Alternatively, you can completely disable the "Memory Saver" feature to avoid such issues.
