Problems launching a software


If you encounter problems launching software on Aristeem, here are some possible solutions to help resolve the issue.

The problem may manifest as:

  • The loading process freezes, followed by an error message appearing on the screen.

  • The software you are launching stops working immediately.

If you experience such issues, please try the following:

Solutions:

  1. Launch the software in Incognito Mode (Google Chrome).

  2. Ensure your browser is updated to the latest version (Settings > Help > About Google Chrome).

  3. Clear cookies and cache in your browser (or simply use Incognito Mode).

  4. Restart your computer or laptop.

  5. Make sure that VPN and proxy settings are disabled (Settings > Advanced > System ). The same applies to any Adblock extensions in your browser.

  6. Check your connection to our servers (top-right corner of the website). Your connection speed should be at least 5 Mbps.

Additional Recommendations:

  • It has been found that Apple Private Relay can cause connectivity issues. We recommend disabling it. For further instructions, refer to this article: Apple Support .

  • The NSURLSession WebSocket feature in Safari may cause connectivity issues. We recommend disabling it. Here’s how:

    • For iOS:
      Settings → Safari → Advanced → Experimental Features → NSURLSession WebSocket (turn off).

    • For macOS:
      Safari → Preferences → Advanced → Check "Show Develop menu in menu bar"
      Safari → Develop → Experimental Features → NSURLSession WebSocket (turn off).
