My account got banned, what should I do?


As you may know, in accordance with our Terms and Conditions, we reserve the right to terminate your account and your use of Aristeem without refunding purchased subscriptions at any time and without prior notice if we detect any of the Prohibited activities mentioned in Section 9.2.

If you believe your account has been blocked by mistake, you can always contact our 24/7 support team at info@aristeem.com . They will explain the exact reason for the block and determine whether it is possible to lift the restriction.
