How to report a technical problem?


If you encounter any technical issues on Aristeem, such as:

  • Lag/input delay

  • Frame rate problems

  • Issues with peripherals (e.g., mouse, keyboard, or controllers)

  • No sound

  • Mouse freezing

  • Errors during login or launch

To get assistance, please contact our support team at info@aristeem.com .

Since we strive to provide the most efficient support to our users, we kindly ask you to describe your issue in a clear and concise manner. Below is the format we recommend you follow:

  • The software application you launched: Specify the name of the application.

  • Description of the issue: Clearly explain the problem you are experiencing.

  • Steps you’ve already taken to resolve it: Let us know what you’ve tried so far.

  • Session ID: Provide the identification code for the relevant streaming session where the issue occurred.

  • Attachments: Include a video or screenshots if possible.

If the video file size exceeds 25 MB, upload it to your YouTube channel or any available cloud storage service and share the link with us.
