Google Chrome input permissions

In the latest update of the Google Chrome browser, users are now required to grant permissions for using the keyboard and mouse on a website. Without these permissions, you will not be able to control software during your Aristeem sessions.

Click the “Allow on every visit” button to grant permission (this only needs to be done once).

If you do not see this prompt or accidentally clicked the wrong option, you can manually grant permission in the page settings:

  • Click the lock icon or site information icon in the address bar.

  • Navigate to Permissions and ensure that Keyboard and Mouse inputs are set to Allow.
